How to feed an existing worm bin?

I’m helping a local community garden with their worm bin.  They use it primarily for educational purposes, mostly for children.  Boulder Compost set up the bin a few years back.

I wrote up this how to feed one page pamphlet for them.  I think it’s useful for anyone who inherits a working worm bin, so I’m sharing it here.
